The Summer Hill Hotel, located at the heart of Sydney's inner west, is the ideal location for your next gathering. We offer three areas of the hotel to be booked for cocktail or buffet style functions.
Two areas are inside the Bistro, both of which are ideal for a buffet style gathering, a slightly more formal function or cocktail style for an informal get together.
We can also offer our huge Balcony area for a larger group, perfect in the warmer months, but still comfortable in the colder weather with the heaters blazing.
Summer Hill Hotel is a great venue for informal birthday celebrations, company get togethers, school fundraisers, engagements or any celebration. There is no hire charge to book an area of the hotel.

Bistro Area
Our Bistro Area is the ideal place for a buffet style gathering, cocktail event or a slightly more formal function. We can host up to 80 people for a stand up cocktail event.
Balcony
The Balcony provides a beautiful view of the sun going down and is the perfect place to toast a drink with friends to celebrate.
While it is the ideal location in the warmer months, our Balcony is still comfortable in the colder months with heaters blazing to keep you and your guests comfortable.
